As a busy stay-at-home mom of two little ones (3 and 5), your package brought such delight to my face in a normal crazy day! I want to let you know that I was so impressed with my order and how it was packaged. I'd requested some gift wrapping and each votive warmer was wrapped so beautifully. Yes, I felt VERY special unwrapping the one I purchased for myself! LOL. .....the packaging of each little pumpkin charm was wonderful - they make such fun gifts. Thank you so much for all the lovely things!! I just LOVE the little Salem Witch scissors!! It was so thoughtful of you to send them so I could wear them on Halloween - I have worn them all week and will probably wear them at Christmas time and Easter.... too!! My friends at work really liked then, too. I really appreciate you sending me the page from the catalog showing the originals - how interesting. Maybe you will have more reproduction scissors charms sometime.

The little Simon Bros. thimble charm is EXQUISITE!! I will have to order another for a friend who quilts - she will love it. My domino thimble is really nice - I'm very pleased. I really enjoy getting packages from you - it is like opening Christmas or Birthday gifts - your service is even nicer than Nordstrom or Von Maur! The neat little Dovo scissors was even wrapped in little scissors paper and you have the neatest little boxes and even your receipts look like they came from a fancy shop from a century ago!

In this new world of impersonal internet sales and very little customer service, I can't express the delight I felt when I opened the box--right down to the absolutely beautiful, personalized receipt. The gift is wrapped so beautifully (It is a gift for my niece), that I didn't even open it to look inside at the elephant. Everything about the order was perfect.
